The students, faculty, and staff at Mantachie High School were very saddened by the death of Coach Michael McCarver early Friday morning, December 7, 2007.  He will be missed by all.  Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.  

 

Visitation was at the Mantachie High School gym Sunday, December 9, from 4:00-9:00 p.m.  The funeral was at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 10, in the MHS gym.  

 

"In Loving Memory of Coach McCarver" window stickers are on sale for $10.  All proceeds will be used for a scholarship fund in memory of Coach McCarver.  See Kayla McWhorter, Layken Farrar, or Cyndal Cleveland to purchase one.
