KEVIN YORK The MHS Family was deeply saddened by the news that Kevin lost his battle with cancer early Friday morning, October 30, 2009. We observed a moment of silence in his memory during Homeroom. Please keep Kevin's family and friends in your prayers.
The visitation was at McNeese-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie Saturday, Oct. 31, from 5-8 p.m. The funeral was at 2:00 Sunday, Nov. 1, at the funeral home.

Mantachie High School Junior Kevin York has been diagnosed with bone cancer. The school is collecting donations on his behalf. We are also collecting can tabs. The Junior Class Officers and the Student Council sold chances on $100 for $1 each to raise money for him and his family. All proceeds go to the York family. Please keep Kevin and his family in your prayers.
