AnnouncementsMay 2011 You may check grades at www.engrade.com. Check with your child or your child's teacher for access codes. REMINDER: Students must sign up by Wednesday of each week to receive a Certificate of Attendance to obtain a permit. Certificates will be given on Thursdays. (The law has changed regarding licenses and renewals--no Certificate is required for licenses--only permits.) The school board policy for absentees as they apply to exemptions has been changed. Absences used to determine exemption must be excused. If a student has any unexcused absences in any class, he/she cannot be exempt from that class. Also, he/she has only two days after the absence to change an unexcused absence to an excused one. Parental notes can cover only five (5) days of absences each semester. May 19: Graduation at Davis Event Center May 18: REPORT CARDS will be mailed to parents. May 17: Last Day for Students
